We are very pleased to attend the South Gujarat Information Technologists Associations which was held at Vanita Vishram Ground (a renowned and easy reaching venue of the town) in Surat from 6th to 9th January. This is the biggest IT event held every year in order to bring changes in the industry.

The great IT EXPO 2012 gives abundant opportunities to all the companies and those related to the IT industry. The South Gujarat Information Technologists Association which in short is called as SITA is the apex body of the I.T. trade in the South Gujarat and covers Surat, Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Valsad, Navsari, and Vapi. This association has emerged as the authentic body to lead the IT Industry in views of bringing a full-fledge innovation in this part of the state. This is a non-profit organization formed to encourage the technological advancements of this region along with facilitating the IT trade as well as industry.

Therefore, we are very proud to attend this huge event and promote our company into this gigantic industry which is in rapid move of adapting latest technologies and implementing the same in India. Total five domes were booked to house all the stalls in a presentable manner. This event is active continuously since 1997 and this was the 16th annual event where prominent guests made their presence including ministers, corporate houses and government officials.

Total 200 stalls were installed including Vertex Online Backup’s at the venue which was spread in a 425,000 square feet of area. The event was organized in a dome-structured infrastructure, making everyone comfortable to access the site and Expo. More than 100,000 guests were present at the Expo and made it altogether a successful event. The IT Expo 2012 was backed by GIL, NASSCOM and South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industries and was sponsored by Digisol.
